2015 – 2016

Damals lagerten wir das gesamte Mobiliar im Keller und schleppten es zu jedem Eventort. Mit dem legendären ‹Eskimo›, unserem alten Gaskochherd, haben wir die Gerichte zubereitet. Die Gäste tranken Eukalyptus-Tee aus Silberbechern, bevor sie gestärkt die steile Wand zur Wildenburg erklommen. Oben angekommen, spannten sie den Bogen und schossen auf eine Zielscheibe – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis!

Episode 2
2017-2018

Our outdoor events pushed us to the limit—breathless moments and workflows that needed improvement. So, we created a custom trailer: kitchen on one side, service station on the other. We designed menus inspired by the four elements and filmed a video at Frauenthal to bring our vision to life. Hidden beneath the floor? Tables and chairs—perfectly stored and ready for the big entrance!

Episode 3
2019-2020

Our team grew into a tight-knit, efficient crew of five, and we perfected the Four Elements menus. In collaboration with the Hedinger blacksmith, we designed and built unique grill tables. But at the height of this journey, fate struck: Storm Burglind forced us to give up our beloved location in Knonau. With heavy hearts, we moved on to Zug for a fresh start.

Episode 4
2021-2022

After our interim chapter in Zug, we discovered a natural paradise in the Sagi Baar, which we shaped together with Monika Hotz. This special place captivated many of our guests and gave us the creative freedom we needed. A truly unforgettable milestone was our event at Creux du Van, which landed us in the headlines of a newspaper in Western Switzerland—a moment to remember!

Episode 5
2023-2024

Another move led us to our dream location at Weidhof in Uerzlikon—surrounded by forest and with stunning mountain views. Together with the farm, we built an outdoor kitchen and created an impressive event space. With the Odeum, we launched winter events that digitally stage the nuances of nature, allowing guests to experience the Four Elements intensely—indoors.
